At The English Herbalist, all herbal support food supplements are produced by hand in small batches by Niki. Many of the herbal ingredients contained within these supplements are either wylde harvested by Niki from the Cornish hedgerows of North Cornwall, or are organically grown from seed. The herbal products you will find on shop shelves are often poor quality and weak herbal products that have been produced by factory workers, not qualified Herbalists.

This is a 1:1 ratio (unequalled strength) containing a synergistic blend of four herbs to support all phases of the menopause.
How It Can Help You
Red Clover - Contains Isoflavones that are structurally similar to oestrogen and have proven to be be effective against hot flushes. Several positive studies have been conducted with Red Clover how it aids bone density - bone density reduces during the menopause. Red clover may also have a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels in postmenopausal women.
Vervain is known for its hormonal health benefits is traditionally used to support hormonal balance, reduce stress, and alleviate menstrual discomfort. Vervain is used in my clinic as a natural solution for mood swings and to reduce menopausal anxiety and overwhelm.
Lemon Balm - I've added Lemon balm in to this formulation due to its natural calming properties that helps reduce stress and anxiety which can be heightened during peri-menopause and menopause. During the initial stages of the menopause I experienced sleep issues and Lemon Balm provides help and supports sleep issues, eases insomnia and restlessness.
Yarrow - Is considered to be the 'cure all Women's herb'. Yarrow provides strong antioxidant capacity by scavenging reactive oxygen species and inhibiting lipid peroxidation. Yarrow contains apigenin which exhibits mild anxiolytic effects and supports vascular health by strengthening capillary walls and oxygenating the whole bodily system.
