At The English Herbalist, all herbal support food supplements and body products are produced by hand in small batches by Niki. Many of the herbal ingredients contained within these supplements are either wylde harvested by Niki from the Cornish hedgerows of North Cornwall, or are organically grown from seed. The herbal products you will find on shop shelves are often poor quality and weak herbal products that have been produced by factory workers, not qualified Herbalists.

Meadowsweet is known for its pain relief and anti-inflammatory properties.  It contains salicylates, which are natural compounds that can help reduce pain and inflammation.
Turmeric essential oil is renowned for its anti-inflammatory effects. It's effective for swollen joints and muscles and relief from swelling and pain. It also has analgesic effects which may help control pain. Several studies have showed that turmeric essential oil can help reduce inflammatory markers and thus may help with arthritis
Black Pepper essential oil has warming, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties and can help reduce muscle injuries, tendonitis, and symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism.
