Reflexology involves applying pressure to and massaging zoned areas of the feet and sometimes the hands to encourage healing, relieve stress and stimulate balance within the whole body. Reflexology resulted in my own speedy recovery after I suffered a T.I.A in my twenties. I have over 30 years experience in professional, clinical therapy practice.
 
Reflexology treatments are carried out in the comfort of your own home and are £60. Each session is sixty minutes in duration and includes your consultation.
