Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet. It's based on an ancient theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems and by stimulating and working each line and organ it can help the body to balance and detox and lead to ultimate wellness.
 
You will learn how to provide this valuable, relaxing and stress relieving Reflexology foot massage. This treatment is provided to fully clothed clients. As you learn this therapy be practicing on one another, you will also receive a treatment.
 
You will discover anatomy and physiology, contraindications, products & equipment needed, how to prepare for a treatment, how to conduct a consultation, the A - Z of the Reflexlogy technique as well as aftercare and developing your business.
 
The fully certified course provides a diploma in Reflexology*. You will practice upon other students during the course.
 
As with all of my courses & workshops, this will be an intimate and personable workshop with a maximum of twelve students. The small number allows for lots of individual attention and interaction.
