Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different types of pressure to the feet. It's based on an ancient theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs, bodily systems and zones. By stimulating and working each line and bodily organ it can bring the body back to balance, brining detoxification thus leading to ultimate wellness.

You will learn how to provide valuable, relaxing and stress relieving Reflexology to paying clients. 
This treatment is provided to fully clothed clients. As you learn this therapy you will be practicing on one another through the one day on-site training day. 
 
You will discover anatomy and physiology, contraindications, products & equipment needed, how to prepare for a treatment, how to conduct a consultation, the A - Z of the Reflexology technique as well as aftercare and developing your business.
 
The fully certified course provides a diploma in Reflexology.
