What is Reiki?
Reiki pronounced 'ray-key', is a system of Usui energy healing originating from Japan. It is based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in the body as well as restoring physical and emotional well-being. Reiki as an energy technique to stimulate transformation and to improve self-healing. Reiki is also used to heal others once an attunement has been received - You will receive this magical attunement during the course.

How Niki Discovered Reiki
Niki found Reiki at the age of 25 after suffering a stroke whilst at university. Reiki aided her speedy non-medicated recovery and for almost 29 years as a Reiki Master, Niki has treated and attuned hundreds of people throughout the UK. Her lineage line is just 11th from Mikao Usui, the founder, so it’s the oldest and purest lineage line.
