This is a 1:1 ratio (unequalled strength) containing a synergistic blend of four organic herbs to support and promote sound sleep.
 
How It Can Help You
Valerian - supports sleep and reduce anxiety. It contains compounds like valerenic acid, which may enhance GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) levels in the brain, promoting relaxation and aiding sleep.
Skullcap - reduces nervous tension and promotes relaxation and thus suitable for those finding it difficult to sleep if suffering from stress or insomnia.
Hops - have sedative, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, digestive, diuretic and estrogen-like properties. Some lab studies show that hops promotes the release of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), the brain's main inhibitory neurotransmitter, which may explain its sedative property.
Chamomile - contains volatile oils and chemical compounds such as flavonoids and terpenoids, which contribute to its medicinal properties. These phytochemicals have anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, anti-allergic, antimicrobial, anticancer and antioxidant properties. Its antispasmodic nature helps relieve involuntary muscle contractions, like restless legs syndrome.
